Blank Live Preview for Default & Custom Themes
-
I am new to wordpress so any help is much appreciated. I am also not familiar with a lot of tech language so the more simply you can explain the better.
I am working on getting up a site for a client and none of the themes I choose whether default or custom are showing up in the live preview customizer. I did not want to activate the theme until I could preview exactly what it would do so the current site up is not the wordpress site yet.
The customizer sidebar loads and but the preview pane is completely blank. The issue is not browser specific as it happens in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I also cleared my cache and my cookies. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling plugins, upgrading to latest versions of WP and all plugins, uninstalling themes and reinstalling them. Nothing works- help.
I had 3.7.1 but just upgraded to 3.8 and that didn’t make a difference either.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
That is not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog. We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and you are posting to the wrong support forum.WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names.
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
