Next issue – I have now uploaded all my files/folders and the theme seems to be active but I see nothing on my home page. It remains blank. Can anyone help please

My site is a .com site (www.notweaks.com) so do I still need to direct my questioning to the .org forum or the .com forum. Im somewhat confused

It does not matter what the extension is for your domain name (.COM, .ORG, .NET, .EDU etc.) The WordPress software is independent of the domain name.You need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG – that is the software you are using – you are not hosted on WordPress.COM
The software works different here than on your web site – we don’t have FTP access here –
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
