Blank page after inputing password on protected post

  I have mutliple password protected posts on my blog. One of my readers is unable to access any posts or pages behind the password protection. She has tried both IE and Firefox. I am unable to replicate her problem on my own computers. She inputs the password and receives only a blank page. She said the address bar indicates shes’s being redirected to /wp-pass.php . She’s tried the back button and refreshing. From doing some reading I saw this was a regular problem 3 years ago but was supposedly resolved in an update. Does anyone know any possible solutions?

  There could be an issue with her Flash. She can use this link to see if her flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.
