Blank page for Add New Post

    I purchased a new desktop computer, and, when I click Add New Post, I get a blank page. I have done all the possible fixes recommended by WordPress with no results.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there

    I was able to trace this down to some kind of issue with the Smart Slider 3 plugin installed on your site. If I deactivate it, I am able to load posts in the editor without issue. For now I have left the plugin deactivated so you can access the editing tools for your site.

    I did not here that there is an update available for the Slider plugin here, so you may wish to update the plugin, then reactivate and see if you are able to use it and still access the post editor. If the issue returns as soon as the plugin is active (even after updating) you can have Smart Slider support take a look here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/smart-slider-3/

    You may also wish to consider trying a different slider plugin instead, since there are usually several to choose from and a different plugin may not conflict: https://wordpress.com/plugins/?s=slider
