Blank Pages

    Hello – when I log onto my wordpress account (the administrative side/the back end – not the actual live site), nothing loads and I can’t access live chat support because it is not loading. I need to check my account settings and I want to post but I am unable to. It is like the admin side just keeps loading. Help!

    Hey Claire, sorry you’re running into trouble. Would you be willing to try clearing your browser’s cache? Usually when we see this sort of thing, that’s the issue. This article explains how:

    If that does not help, please test a different browser to see whether that makes a difference. If it does, it may be a setting or extension in your current browser.
