Blank Pages on all Admin Pages & WordPress.com Support

  I followed the steps for adding a paypal page onto http://www.pamelakoefoed.com

  Then I tried editing it, but have discovered that I cannot open any admin pages.

  Furthermore, I tried contacting Live Chat via. wordpress.com and the same thing happens.

  In both scenarios the page that opens is blank with the WordPress Logo in the center of the page and a dark blue strip along the top.

  What can be done about this?
  I’m not super techie.
  I’ve used two different computers and get the same results on both.

  Any help is hugely appreciated.

  Hi @pamelakoefoed,

  Sorry to hear you are having this issue – good news is that your site is still up and working, you’ve just only lost temporary admin access.

  First off, can you please clear your browsers cache and close your browsers?

  Once that is done, can you please try to login into your site again?
  If it does not work, do you have another browser available that you could open and try logging into your WordPress site again?
