Blank pop-up window

  When I or a visitor enters my website a blank pop-up window appears. I have tried all of the suggestions above. I’ve cleared the cache & cookies, I’ve added wordpress to the exception of blocking pop-ups and I’ve checked the actual browser. None of it works. It’s beginning to effect traffic, as if people are on a smartphone, it looks like a blank page appears. Please help. I have sent an email to wordpress for help but have not received a response.   You need to be asking your web host for support. That’s not a WordPress.com blog and we cannot help you.
