Blank popup box when I try to add a link

  today something went wrong with my WP interface

  when I try to use the visual editor to insert a link I get the popup box but no contents and nothing on the box header…the close button is still there because when I mouse over it I can close the box

  When I right click on the empty box I get a javascript error report

  Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this?
