Blank screen every time I try and open my blog

Every time I open my blog with either thenakedkoala.co.uk or (email visible only to moderators and staff) the screen flashes up and then goes blank. This only happens on my monitor. I have to refresh it several times and often that doesn’t work either.
In addition and possibly related, our site homepage doesn’t come up in google when you google it. Only some random photo on the blog. It seems like there is a glitch somewhere!?Please help. I am NOT techy .

It looks like your site, thenakedkoala.co.uk, is being hosted by GoDaddy, not WordPress.COM. These forums are for sites specifically hosted by WordPress.COM and we are not able to provide any insight for sites hosted on other servers.
You can try the WordPress.ORG forums here, where they can help with sites using WordPress software hosted by other companies. That being said,your issue is likely with your actual host, so you can also contact GoDaddy directly to see what the issue is.

Thanks for your reply. I was having this problem before it was hosted by GoDaddy – same problem when it was hosted by wordpress.com.
When I clicked your link for the forums, it says I have to login. But for some reason it won’t recognise my login email, so I can’t login :(

WordPress.ORG is actually a completely separate entity from us here at WordPress.COM, so you would have to make your own new login there to be able to post a question with them.
Side note, have you tried a different browser on your same computer to see if the issue persists? If its only on your monitor as you said, it’s likely a cookie issue with your browser. Try another browser (Chrome, Firefox etc.) and see how it goes.

Godaddy are saying that it’s still hosted by wordpress.com and are being no use.
When I open it with internet explorer there is no problem!! What does this mean, that there’s a problem with chrome?

Yes, it looks like an issue with your Chrome browser. I would go in and clear out your cache and cookies on Chrome and see if this solves it.
On your computer, open Chrome.
On your browser toolbar, click More More and then More Tools and then Clear Browsing Data.
In the “Clear browsing data” box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything. Note: This option does not appear on all devices.
Click Clear browsing data.Hope this works!

Hmm, it definitely seems like a Chrome issue, especially if it is not affecting your other browsers. I think the best option would be to completely uninstall Chrome from your computer and reinstall it from there, that way you are resetting any issues or wrong settings that may have gotten into your Chrome.
Other than that though, I’m afraid that’s about as much as I can suggest, since this issue is not related directly to any functionality or features of WordPress.com itself. I hope this points you in the right direction though!
