Blank screen on log in

    I can’t get into my admin site to work on my website and I can’t find anyone to help. All of a sudden, on my sign-in to the admin site, the URL to //wp-login.php will show ‘Not secure’ or ‘Website not secure’. When I am able to sign in with my ID and password, all I get is a blank screen. So I can’t change anything on my website. This has never happened before. When I sign into WordPress directly, I can start to add to my blog but I can’t upload any photos. Please help.

    Hi brenbooks,

    bren-books.com is WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

    We can only help with WordPress.com sites here but support for WordPress.org sites is available on these forums:

    I recommend posting there for help if you are seeing this error when logging in to the site directly.
