Blank screen when editing blog after adding domain

    Hi

    I have raised this issue a couple of times from the support page on wordpress.com support site (https://wordpress.com/support/) but I am yet to receive any response weeks after. So, I decided to raise it here.

    Here’s my issue;

    My site justmymusings.com was hosted with a hosting provider but was quite slow. I then migrated to wordpress.com. When I joined my site url was now justmymusingsdotcom.wordpress.com. I then upgraded this to the personal plan and I believe I pointed my domain to wordpress.com but my site acts funny.

    For instance, when I go to justmymusings.com try to edit a particular post by clicking the edit button at the bottom right hand corner, I just get a blank screen. The same happens when I click on the stats button.

    I noticed that if I visit “https://justmymusingsdotcom.wordpress.com/2021/08/15/why-vmc-on-aws/” instead of “https://justmymusings.com/2021/08/15/why-vmc-on-aws/”
    and click on edit or stats, it works.

    Another thing is I can’t seem to remove the old website justmymusings.com under my sites. I can only hide it

    Please help. I’m confused.

    Hi there – I’ve made an adjustment to your connection to the former version of justmymusings.com. Can you clear your browser’s saved cache, and then restart your browser to see if this positively impacts your experience?
