  Hello,

  Since today we are facing problems with our WordPress website. Yesterday we did some updates and today we get a blank screen. Also, when we login to our WordPress account, the system tells us that we don’t have any active websites. Because we were not the builder of the site, we also don’t have an ftp-login or password.

  Can you please help us?

  I’d suggest visiting:
