  Trying to create a blank slate template. Having added a new page I’m stuck with how to include the page attributes

  It looks like https://trulysaintmaris.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Depending on the theme, the page attributes should be present on the right as seen here: https://wordpress.com/support/pages/page-options/
