Blank White Page Shown/Page Not Working

  I recently followed a tutorial on adding an Instagram plugin & code to the site after which it shut down and either displays a page saying ‘The http://www.website.com page isn’t working. http://www.website.com is currently unable to handle this request.’ or is a blank white page, even when I try to log in on /wp-admin. How do I get my website back?

  Hi ourbroketravels,

  Unfortunately WordPress.com doesn’t support the use of uploading custom plugins. However it looks like you might be referring to the self-hosted WordPress as you mentioned trying to log into /wp-admin?

  Your site: https://greenrootz.wordpress.com/ works fine even though you currently don’t have any content to display.

  Is this the site where you’re experiencing issues with or a different site?
