Blank white screen

    Hello. I just discovered that when I type my domain of dalentripp.com that only a blank white screen appears. I made sure that I am payed up, but now I’m trying to figure out how to make my website appear when I type my domain. What steps should I take to fix this?

    Hi there,

    That domain is registered with, and currently pointing at GoDaddy. Do you want that domain to show your WordPress.com site, http://dalentrippdotcom.wordpress.com/?

    I see you used to have a domain mapping upgrade with us, but that was removed from your account because your domain wasn’t pointing to us. If you want the domain to show your WordPress.com site you’ll need to first change the name servers to point to us instead of GoDaddy. Then let me know and I can restore the domain mapping upgrade to your account.
