  After updating to wordpress 4.6, I have been unable to access my site. I contacted my theme company and they told me the error is within the new update on wordpress. They said I need to roll back to wordpress version 4.5. Can you please assist me with this so that I can continue using my site? Thank you

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
