Blask Theme Featured Image not showing

    Hi, I am unable to set a featured image on my Home page because the “Featured Image” option does not show up. Is there someway to reactivate my featured image option?

    Hi there,

    Blask doesn’t disable the featured image option in the editor, so if that option is missing for you, it’s something else on your site causing this. Try disabling all plugins except Jetpack and see if that option comes back. Then reactivate your plugins one at a time until the option disappears again, to figure out which one is causing this.

    That said, I see you’re currently using the portfolio page template included in this theme on your front page. If you display your portfolio on the front page in this way, the page won’t display any content you add to the front page in the editor, including a featured image. In other words, there’s no point in adding a featured image for the homepage, because it won’t be visible anyway.
