Blask Theme issue

Hi there,
I saw that in the Blask sample page one could have individual photos in the home page and then upon clicking on each one of them you get directed to its blog post..basically I would like to do that with my photos, where each photo in the home page clicks to its respective album, however I haven’t been able to do that. So far all my photos appear in a scroll feed in the home page and not as individual ones. If you could tell me how to fix this i would be very grateful! Many thanks, Julieta

Hello jlocane, I am experiencing the same issue here while setting myself up at kajsanikolephotography.wordpress.com.
It doesn’t seem to matter how many projects, tags or excerpts I add, I absolutely cannot get my home page to appear home the demo does.
Have you received any answers since your original post to the forum? Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

So, if I’m understanding your posts correctly, you’re going to want to go to Pages>Home>Page Attributes then under ‘Page Template’ dropdown menu select ‘Portfolio Page Template. Save.
This will display your portfolio on your home page.
Then, go back out and go to Portfolio>Add. You can put your project, slideshow, or anything in here. Make sure you set a ‘Featured Image’ to each portfolio you add.
