Blask theme – Problem with Social Icons menu

  I’ve been trying to set up the Social icons menu following the instructions here, as specified by the Blask theme info page.
  https://wordpress.com/support/menus/social-links-menu/

  However, my options under Menu Locations are different – I get Primary Menu and Social Menu.
  I select the latter and add my links, save, but nothing appears – no icons, but no text links either.
  I’ve tried clearing cache, browser and theme are up to date, so not sure what else to try.

  I tried the Social Icons widget but that doesn’t seem to work either, plus this theme only seems to allow footer widget areas and not sidebar, which doesn’t really suit this.

  Hi,

  If you’re referring to the site https://acertainstyle.wordpress.com/, then the Social Links Menu is displayed in the left column, below the Primary Menu, just as it’s supposed to. Have you resolved the issue?

  Argh thank you – it was a problem with my adblocker, the one thing I forgot to check!
