blask theme won't add a new page

    hi, i’ve been using the blask theme for a while and haven’t had trouble with it. i wanted to add a new sub page for my portfolio but the page won’t show up on the website (i’ve tried for few days).

    does anyone know why?

    Hi there,

    If you have created a new page, you might have to add it to the menu manually to appear. This can be done by going to My Site > Customize (under design) > Menus > Primary. Here you can add your new page to the menu.

    Howdy folks –

    Yes, creating a new page on any site does not automatically place it in to the site menu.

    In this case though, http://dhia.name/, does not even use WordPress.com. It’s running on the self hosted installation. Help for that comes from the community forums and/or your host, theme author, etc… We don’t have any access to the site to provide further assistance with the setup.

    Didn’t realise it was running on a .org installation. Will tag this with org then!

    Dhia – these forums are for the fully hosted version (WordPress.com). Heres a link explaining this a bit more: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You might be better off asking your question on the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

    But in your admin area, the menu should be under Appearance > Menus. Then you can add in a new menu item.
