  I am in general settings using theme Twenty Fourteen and do not have an option to set a blavatar. Just a site title and tagline. I do not want the ‘coming soon’ box or a blank post box when sharing on social media. Please assist.

  Thanks, carlalberto but that is where I was. When I am working on my dashboard in the settings I don’t have an option to upload a photo so that tutorial is not helpful. I do not have a “site icon” button to the left of the title and tag boxes.

  This site, http://www.tiaraedwarrior.org/, is not hosted at WordPress.com, but rather at Bluehost. For help with this site you will want to post at https://wordpress.org/support/ as it is a self hosted WordPress site. These sites use the installation of WordPress.

  The problem is resolved. I believe it was with Facebook and not my settings.
