Blavatar (Blog icon) keeps getting stuck

Hi WordPressers,
My case is really annoying, mates. I first used my old blavatar (call it as A from now), then I changed to another one (B) and now I want to use the last version (C), but, it keeps display the A one as normal and show as the B one when I use Customizer. The C one is kicked out by them???
I tried Cache clearing, restart computer and log in/out many times but it still remains the same.
I’m so confused and sad. All I need is the C one in all settings.
Please help me, mates. I seriously appreciate your help. Thank you in advance.

Hi there, did you manage to resolve this? Right now I see your site’s blavatar is the same as your gravatar (hair and red eyeglasses).

Yeah, it now appears to work correctly with my lastest icon (black hair, red eyeglasses). But it’s temporary. It will revert to the older one (sometimes oldest one – A or B, I don’t know, It’s randomly).
I found a workaround is to remove then reup the blog icon. However, it’s not live for long as I described above. And, the icon in theme Customizer is still B one.
I think it’s about the cache and icon using history on server. Could you help me clear all the versions (both old and new) of my blavatar, Jennifer?
It’s the countless thank from me for you helping me fix this annoying problem.

@hailongkq, if it happens again, can you do a few things to help us troubleshoot?
1 – get a full-page screenshot so we can see the context. You can upload it to your media library or to cloudup.com or a similar service.
2 – copy the URL of the page you’re on when it appears, and share it here.
3 – hold off on fixing it, that way support has a chance to try to see the issue and what’s causing it.

It’s the expected red eyeglasses one. I opened by Safari on iPad.
I think it’s smooth with the blog icon now. But in Customizer, it’s not. However, it’s not a big deal with the icon in Customizer, because it won’t show up to Readers when they visit my blog.
Thank you @supernovia, if you can help me fix the second problem, I appreciate it. But if there are more important cases than mine, you could save your time to help people out there.
I love WordPress Staffs.
P/S: if the blog icon automatically change to the older one, should I continue this topic or make a new one?

The red eyeglasses disappeared and was replaced by the white ugly icon that I made before :(
I didn’t touch anything in WP admin panel since I wrote the last confirmation above…

For what it’s worth, even though I clear my browser cache and cookies daily, I’m still seeing your site’s Blavatar as the black hair and red glasses when I visit your site.

Here’s what I see in your settings, as well as in my browser:

The Blavatar is cached, so until the cache updates completely it might depend on which of our servers you’re connecting to. Can you please give it a full day, then clear your browser cache and check, not making any changes to in your settings in the meantime.
If it still reverts at that point, let us know, but looking at your settings and at my own browser it doesn’t appear to be reverting.

Yeah, I was loosing my calm on fixing the small icon. I really appreciate your care on my case.
