Blavatar issues

  WordPress Version 2.9.2

  I’m trying to set up a “blavatar” but when I go to my dashboard, the only settings I see are on the left hand side of the screen, and under the general tab there is no option to add an image. Could you possibly give a lost man some guidance? Thanks!

  Yours is not a free hosted by wordpress.com blog. It’s a wrodpress.ORG install and you must post here for support for that blog > http://wordpress.ORG/support/
