Blavatar not working

  Hello,
  I have two blogs, for both I gave different blavatars, one is working(http://3rhomecare.wordpress.com/) while the other is not (http://rhchinesechurch.wordpress.com/)

  Why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Did you register both blogs under the same username with the same email address? If so then the same blavatar ought to appear on both blogs. There is a time delay involved in the display.

  However, if you registered two usernames with two different email addresses and registered one blog under each one then you can use two different blavatars if you like.

  Yes, I registered for 2 different blogs using two different accounts

  I have followed the directions for adding an image (blavatar) URL via settings, general, but no option for a blog image is presented. ??

  I am using the most up to date version of WordPress. Any help would be appreciated.
