Blavatar problem

  Why is it that my new blavatar doesn’t appear all over wordpress (including my blog) even though I uploaded it many times now, and it has the right dimensions (128×128)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note: Gravatar images are cached and frequently take several days to display after a change. Do not keep uploading! If you do that you simply move the time for display forward.
