Blavatar problems

  I went to:
  Dashboard<Settings<General<Upload image<Uploaded an image<saved changes

  But this did not work. I did not see the blavatar on the tab. It still has the wordpress image. What can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
