Blavatar Shows No File Chosen

  I just noticed my blavatar has disappeared from my URL, but I’m not sure how long this has been gone. I went to my general settings and my picture is still there—but it says “No File Chosen”.

  I tried uploading the same picture again and it put the file name there and then I hit UPLOAD and it said my pic would appear soon. But when I went back into my general settings to look at my blavatar picture—it still says “No File Chosen” even tho the same picture is there. Why is it saying that and how do I get it to reappear again in my URL?? Thank you.
