Blavatar/Blog Picture Not Showing

  My blavatar is not showing, I have tried everything suggested online to fix it, but I seriously think it is a problem with WordPress that I can’t fix. I cleared my cache and cookies, but the picture is still stuck. Even if I remove the picture or upload another one, I keep getting a broken link to the original jpeg image. It has been like this for 2 months! Please help!

  All of the other icons and pictures work elsewhere on wordpress, but not on my profile directly
