Blavitar update

  I have changed my blavitar and yet the picture is not showing on the toolbar tab, however it does show in a link :

  I have cleared my cache to see if this is the problem and even removed the original Blavitar image from my photos gallery and yet none of this seems to remove the image I no longer want to use.

  Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
