Hi there, can you clarify what the link is you were clicking on? What is the URL of the page you are on and which post are you trying to Blaze so we can take a closer look?
Thanks for the additional info!

Hello there,
Ok, so is this a link that is used in a campaign as seen here: https://wordpress.com/advertising/bombshellwhims.com/campaigns?
If yes, can you tell us the link the please? It sounds like a URL has perhaps changed along the way.
Many thanks in advance!

https://bombshellwhims.com/art-meets-crafts-creative-ideas/ – This is the link I used but I haven’t been able to track the Ad to see how it performs and if I’m basing it on Google Analytics, it has performed poorly. I tested this Ad for 7 days and thus far, I”m very disappointed in both the traction and sales of the products recommended in this post. I’m hoping you can help me out. Let me know…

There is no blocker for Blaze. Please advise how this will be handled. Will I be refunded since this Ad hasn’t worked right? Or, should I contact my credit card company to assist me with this?

I’m not sure I understand, can you clarify how the ad has not worked correctly? On our end I show an active campaign that started Feb 15 (and ends tomorrow on Feb 22) and has resulted in both impressions and clicks/traffic to your post.
Is it the case that you are you able to load the page here? https://wordpress.com/advertising/bombshellwhims.com/campaigns
You should see one campaign listed, and if you click on it you will expose a page with more details. If you click on that are you able to see both the impressions and clicks that I am referring to?
Thanks for confirming.

Thanks for sending me the link, however, the Ad has only resulted in 36 clicks over 6 days and these numbers shown don’t correlate with Google Analytics. Also, to date, there have been no sales so that tells me the Ad isn’t performing.
I am unsure of how you can say the Campaign is working when it hasn’t had much traffic – 36 over 6 days isn’t good results so I am requesting something be done in terms of a refund, credit, or for the Ad to be extended.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Lynne

Hello Lynne,
Your Blaze Campaign impressions reached its target and actually went over the target, delivering over 11,000 impressions. This means that your post was shown to over 11,000 times to users.
One thing to note about impressions is that these don’t necessarily translate into post engagement, as in likes, reblogs, replies, follows and sales.
We can’t guarantee any engagement results beyond how many impressions the post earns.
Engagement rates of Blazed posts will vary by post and who sees these posts. We are sorry about the confusion!
From what we have seen, the following appears to work really well for Blazed posts:
- Use an image or a video to draw a user’s attention to your post
- Keep the post short but interesting
- Avoid jargon in your title and beginning of your post
I encourage you to keep trying!
these numbers shown don’t correlate with Google Analytics.
Blaze does not integrate with Google Analytics, and so these figures are likely to be different. Blaze stats would just what’s within our networks.
I’d also recommend loosening the settings in Cloudflare when it comes to blocking traffic, as this can have an impact also.
I’m hoping this offers some reassurance.

So, my Web Developer always tells me to go by Google Analytics so what you wrote is confusing. As for writing, I’m an expert SEO Writer and posts now cannot be short per Google – they have to be at least 600 words which prior they only had to be 300 words.
Today, I have seen a slight uptick in the Art Meets Crafts and I will try another Ad in the future to see if I have better results.
Thank you
