Blaze Ad Rejected?

My blaze Ad promoting a review of a film was rejected with literally no reasoning attached to it. Is there a way to actually see why or is this system automated by a bot and not run by a human team?
I understand if it somehow “violated terms” (I couldn’t imagine how or why) I’d like to know what terms and how I can fix it.

That’s great! However incredibly vague. I’ve read the guidelines and cannot see anything that violates your policy.
Would you kindly elaborate on why exactly it was rejected?
