  I wanted to restrict my ads to north America only. Is this possible, or must I pay for impressions internationally?

  When creating a Blaze Ad for your post, you will have the option to narrow the locations it is shown in during the process of setting it up. More info here: https://wordpress.com/support/promote-a-post/#audience-amp-budget
