Blaze – Cannot create Ad

    I am trying to create an ad to ‘blaze’, but after going through all the steps, I keep getting the error message ‘ooops, your ad cannot be created, contact our support team’.
    Any idea what’s going on?!

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    This is an issue with https://adpurchase.wordpress.com/ yes? The campaign can’t be approved currently I’m afraid. There are a few more steps needed before it can go ahead. 

    • Add a custom domain to your site by following our guide here.
    • Make sure your site is set to ‘public’ and the option to discourage search engines is not selected. You can change these options here.

    Once you complete those two steps you will be able to blaze content from https://adpurchase.wordpress.com/
