blaze problem

  hi i have a problem with blaze when i go to promote a product i get a white screen with three dots that rotate and it doesn’t go on anymore, can you solve it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  I got past the three-dot screen while under your account on my end.

  This sounds like it may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?

  I’ve tried both clearing the cache and changing other browsers, nothing works

  Hey there,

  Thanks for reaching back out!

  Are you using any ad blockers or anything of that nature in the browser?

  If yes, this could also have an effect and it would be good to rule this out.
