Blaze promotion payment

  I ran a $10 test campaign on Blaze and used a gift card to pay for it. But the card was apparently declined after the campaign finished. I tried to add a new card to pay the bill, and the credit card form says ‘Access Denied’ and will not allow me to put the credit card details into the form. When I went to my wordpress.com profile to add a payment method, it also says ‘access denied.’

  I am unable to pay for the campaign I ran. There are no other payment options available.
