Blaze unspent money

Greetings,
I recently paid 40$ to my Blaze account to advertise, only small portion of total sum was used (6$) and I can’t proceed to spend the rest now, please check my screenshot: [REDACTED]
How to spend the rest of my paid sum? Also, where do I get invoice for this, I do not see my transaction anywhere…I cant access remaining 34$, if I want to do Campaign again, the button to proceed is not allowed until I pay with my card again, no matter what sum I put, 10, 20 or 30$ (I should have 34$ remaining as shown in my Dashboard).

When a Blaze campaign is set up, you can set a budget. This budget sets the maximum amount that you are willing to spend on that particular campaign, but it does not mean that you will pay that exact amount.This is because the budget of an advertising campaign cannot be guessed in advance; it is merely a calculation based on average expected impressions, which may not occur in reality due to many factors.
Blaze campaigns are only charged one after completion, and the actual campaign cost is calculated based on actual delivered impressions of your campaign. In this case, you won’t be charged 40USD, but 6USD.

As the campaign ran during the weekend, and Blaze campaigns are charged at the end of the week, this campaign has not yet been charged.
By Friday, you should see the charge when our tools recalculate the value according to the actual served impressions.
You will receive an email receipt to the email address associated with your WordPress.com account.
