  How do I cut and paste the code from my blipfm account so it only shows the link NOT the code. should I post it as a page or a blogroll link

  The blip FM code probably contains either javascript or flash which is not allowed here at wordpress.COM due to security concerns. We can’t really tell though unless we see the code. You can paste it here between backticks (key to the left of the #1 on the keyboard).
