Blip.tv embed not working

  I’m trying to embed a blip.tv video in my wordpress.com blog (specifically, this video: http://blip.tv/file/1662914), but even when I follow the instructions to the letter from http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/bliptv/, nothing happens. The html doesn’t change, and no video code appears in my draft post. Any ideas?
