BLIX white body colour

  I want to change the white body colour on my blix blog to black, I’ve already added a background image but can’t find where I change the main body colour to white. Any help would be appreciated.

  Change the #EDE8E2 color here to #000000:

  body {
  background:#EDE8E2 none repeat scroll 0 0;
  }

  Thanks, that didn’t work. It’s not the background colour I want to change, I’ve added an image for that. Its the main body colour I want to to chnage to black; the sidebar and post background colours.

  Ok, I misunderstood because of your use of the term “body” which typically refers to the overall background. What you are talking about is controlled in #container.

  With Blix it’s going to be a little bit of work since you will also have to make some changes in #subcontent and in #footer and in .info .entry. Also, the green bars at the top of widgets has rounded corners and so you are going to see a bit of white at each corner unless you make new bars without rounded corners in an image program ( #subcontent h2 em ).
