blocco theme – help, please!

  I would like to edit the block on the right hands side which includes the copy “Konnective, June 13, 2013 Contact” and have it read simply “Contact” in white on coloured block, please can you let me know how to do this? Also, I would like the page as it will then stand to show immediately when CONTACT is selected from the right hand side menu – I would be very grateful for any assistance you can provide.
