Block a user from your blog?

  Is there any way of blocking a certain user from accessing my public blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No unless you want to change blog risibility to private. If the blog is public everyone can read it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
