  how can I block a person or email from the blog

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  Do you mean blocking someone from commenting?
  To do that, you can go to yourDiscussion Settings, and add the bloggers e-mail address to the comment blacklist area.

  You can also make your blog private, so only readers that you invite can view it. To do that, go to My Site –> Privacy.
