Block editor in wordpress.com

    I just started using wordpress.com main website and I couldn’t edit my page. I can save a draft of a template. Once I publish it, it cann’t be edited. When pressed edit, it will refresh multiple times and redirect to the wordpress homepage.

    PS : There is no plugins added to the wordpress.

    Hi there,

    Usually, when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. With this in mind I would like you to try the following

    • clear your cache and cookies based on the steps Apple recommends here: https://support.apple.com/guide/safari/clear-your-browsing-history-sfri47acf5d6/mac
    • Also make sure the “block all cookies” setting is un-checked under Safari > Settings > Privacy
    • If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox or Chrome. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Safari?
