Block Editor Problem

Hi guys,
I’m not really familiar with using wordpress. I usually only use it for blogging, but today I noticed something strange. Usually in this section it says ‘Add block’, but now it says ‘Add pattern’. Is there a way to change this to ‘Add block’ as before? Maybe I touched something wrong?This is what it looked like now:

I don’t use any plugins or anything, everything is default.

When in a post click on the green plus symbol top left and change back from patterns to blocks.

I’ve tried this but it doesn’t work. Even though I clicked ‘Block’ but when I go back to editing, it still says ‘Add pattern’
I’ve looked to see if there’s anything I can do in ‘preferences’ as well but nothing changes.

Anyway, this seems to be the correct solution. I just tried making a new post and it went back to normal! Maybe it just didn’t change because I didn’t refresh the page after changing from pattern to block. Thanks a lot, themagicrobot!
