Block Editor- why does my logo disappear in mobile view

    I need help with getting the logo to appear centered in mobile view through the new block editor. Instead of only showing the hamburger icon I also need the ‘Accent Imaging’ logo to appear at the top & centered in both mobile and ipad view at the different media breaks. Can you help with this issue? Thank you,
