I know there are similar posts/FAQ about this topic, but none have really given me an answer. How can I block/unsubscribe people who subscribed to receive emails every time I post? Thank you for your time and help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you have a public blog then you can’t. It’s that simple. Even if you could they could just subscribe again. Also note that anyone can subscribe to your blog using a RSS feedreader.
Knowing how to deal with a deluge of annoying or negative comments from off-beat subscribers and commenters comes with the territory of being a blogger. They cannot trigger your emotions, unless you allow them to do so. You have total control over which comments are posted to your blog and you can moderate all comments. http://en.support.wordpress.com/unwanted-comments/

Ah, ok, I feared as much. Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know! I have changed my settings now. I was only wondering if there was a way to change them after they’ve subscribed because I guess I don’t like people knowing when I post unless I publicize it myself (via FB or twitter, or send personal emails). I just didn’t know what my settings were before now. You would think after a couple of years of blogging I would… sigh. THANKS again for your help!!

I feared as much.
Staff removed this simply because anyone can subscribe again and do that all day and all night long. I repeat a public blog is a public blog.
Feared – what’s to fear but fear itself? Please remember there are no victims in situations of commenting. You have total control over what gets approved and posted to your blog — you have the power. Why on earth would you allow some troll to control your emotions. Obviously they can get to you in any way shape or form unless you choose to give your power away to them.
Remain strong and focused — don’t become a plaything of trolls.
Best wishes with your blog. :) -
