block followers

  Is there a way to block an email follower? I found out my boss started reading my blog, which is freaking me out, so I stopped posting. If I could block her, without her knowing of course, I would probably start writing again.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Amandacannelson,

  Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent people from following a public blog and no way to remove followers from your blog.

  The only option to prevent the public from seeing your blog would be setting it to private. This way, only people you invite will have access to your blog.

  If you don’t want people like your boss following your blog, don’t use your real name in the URL or username. Register a completely different account, start a completely different blog, and away you go. Don’t use real names of places, companies, or people.
