  IS there a way I can delete someone following my blog by blocking their email access?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there!

  While you cannot block someone from following your blog, you can prohibit their access to comment on your site.

  To do this, you will add them to your blacklist. You can add their email address to your blocked list:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-blacklist

  I want to delete their subscription. Why is that not possible?

  Hi again,

  I am afraid we currently don’t offer the option to remove specific email addresses from your Follower list. As long as your site is publicly available on the web, there is no way to block specific people from seeing it. Even if someone is not following your blog, it does not ban them from your site or stop them from reading it. Note that there is no limit for how many people can follow your site.
