Block IP Address – needed feature!

Someone in Germany has a bot that is hitting my subscription form EVERY DAY. I can tell who it is because they fill the name field with a random number – but its LAME that I cannot block this guy via his IP address.
Blocking IP address is common on all web servers and should be EASY to implement into wordpress.
Please do so.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
