Block my website from an IP address

  I have been noticing that someone in Sunnyvale, CA. is checking my website often.
  I then received a warning email that someone in Sunnyvale, CA tried to hack into my email.

  I have never met anyone that lives in Sunnyvale, and I would like to block this person, so they can no longer see my website. Their IP address is 65.55.41.7 (it was given to me when they tried to hack into my email).

  Please help

  We do not have any way in which we can block a specific IP from visiting your blog. The best we can offer is that you can blacklist that IP from commenting on your site.
